SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and Pricing

We take great care in delivering the products to you, and we work with reputed national courier service only. Free shipping within the country, for orders more than Rs.2000/-. The charges for shipping overseas depend on the weight of the parcel and the destination. Because most of our products are made on order and handcrafted, once you place the order, your product will be shipped from our address within the next 3-5 working days.

 

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday 9 am to 7 pm on any working day, excluding public holidays and Sundays. If there are any unexpected delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions or strike, pandemic we will keep you updated.

As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you the tracking information. Within India, your parcel should reach you within 3-7 working days and for outside India anywhere between 8 and 14 working days depending on your location. We do not deliver to p.o. box or dropbox addresses. We will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings or not available at the time of delivery. Leaving your phone number along with your address after your purchase is mandatory as it helps us and our courier partners to serve you better.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns

You can apply for a return or exchange within seven days after the product is delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused 

  • In the same condition that you received it 

  • Enclosed the original packaging

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kaskomfibres@gmail.com requesting for exchange and send your item along with the invoice or proof of purchase to:

 Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

​

If you are shipping an item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

​

Once we approve the exchange, we will get personally in touch with you on our procedure to process the exchange.

Cancellations

​

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. After the shipment is made and you receive the waybill number, we'll not be able to cancel the order. You can apply for a return within seven days of delivery as explained in the Returns section above.
